Chaplaincy Programs
PRISM provides chaplain services to the county facilities, including Twin Towers Correctional Facility, Men's Central Jail, CRDF (adult women's jail facility), Pitchess Detention Center, Juvenile Halls and County hospitals. This expanding outreach includes the California State Prison System. Episcopal Chaplains provide personal spiritual support to the incarcerated and their families, as well as serving the sick and the dying in county hospitals.
In addition, our expanding ministry now includes families of the incarcerated, juvenile justice, community re-entry and victim support.

Weekly worship, social gatherings, and ecumenical outreach are among other activities and events coordinated through the campus chaplaincies. A number of congregations also extend parish-based ministries to neighboring campuses among the more than 80 institutions of higher education within the six-county Diocese of Los Angeles.
